- Departure times normally run every 30 minutes from 10:00 to 19:30.
- The 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30 and 12:00 departures receive a 10% early-time discount.
- The minimum age is 5 years old.
- Children must ride with at least one adult aged 18+.
- You can get very wet, so towels and dry clothes are a good idea.

Booking & cancellation terms
- Payment: Your booking is confirmed only after the full amount has been paid. Seats are not held until payment is complete.
- Customer cancellation: Tickets are non-refundable unless the operator cancels the trip.
- Weather or operator cancellation: The ride depends on weather and sea conditions. If the operator cancels before departure, you can reschedule. If you cannot attend the proposed new date or time, the ticket amount is refunded, with any applicable bank transaction fees deducted.
- Late arrival / no-show: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure. The boat leaves at the scheduled time and does not wait. Late arrivals, delays and no-shows lose the booking with no refund.
