- Customer cancellation: After confirmation, cancellations carry a 20% fee. Cancellations within 15 days of the flight are charged in full.
- Weather or operator cancellation: If weather or safety conditions stop the flight, the flight can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
- Late arrival / no-show: Please arrive on time. Once the helicopter has been dispatched, incurred costs may apply. If you choose to shorten the flight after take-off, unused time is not refunded.
