Booking & cancellation terms
- Payment: Full payment is required 4 weeks before the course or excursion. The payment method is confirmed during booking. Equipment replacement liability and mandatory insurance apply.
- Customer cancellation: If you cancel within 2 days of booking and more than 3 weeks before the start date, you receive a 50% refund. Cancellations more than 3 weeks before the start date after the first 2 days of booking are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Weather or operator cancellation: If environmental conditions or circumstances outside the dive provider’s control delay, change or cancel the activity, the dive provider arranges the first suitable alternative date.
- Late arrival / no-show: Cancellations within 3 weeks of the start date, no-shows, or missing a course date are at your expense and are not refunded. Changing an agreed course date incurs a €75 rescheduling fee.
