If weather or sea conditions make departure unsafe, the provider may reschedule the charter. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, the amount paid for the contracted service is refunded according to the provider policy.
Late arrival / no-show
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the contracted start time. Late arrival may reduce charter time, and a no-show on the day of departure is treated under the customer cancellation conditions.
