Payment

Customer cancellation
If you cancel more than one month before check-in, 10% of the reservation total may be charged. Between one month and 15 days before check-in, 20% may be charged; between 15 days and one week, 50% may be charged; less than one week before check-in or no-show may be charged at 100%.
Weather or operator cancellation
If weather or sea conditions prevent a safe departure, the operator may reschedule the rental. If no suitable alternative date can be arranged, the amount paid for the contracted service is refunded according to the provider policy.
Late arrival / no-show
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the rental time. Late arrival may reduce your time on the water, and no-show is handled under the cancellation terms above.
