Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Revolut and Paysera. To confirm the reservation, a 10% deposit of the total amount is required by bank transfer or card.
The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by card on the day of departure.
Unforeseen circumstances
If you need to cancel because of unexpected circumstances such as Covid-19 restrictions, travel restrictions or similar events, the deposit is refunded.
Weather conditions
If the weather is unsuitable for the rental, including choppy, rainy or foggy conditions, safety and comfort come first and the deposit is refunded.
Technical issues
If a technical issue occurs, such as a boat engine failure, an equivalent or better alternative will be offered where available. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund is provided.
Personal cancellation
If you decide to cancel for personal reasons, the 10% reservation deposit is non-refundable.
