Customer cancellation
If you cancel more than one month before departure, 10% of the total reservation amount is charged. If you cancel between one month and 15 days before departure, 20% is charged. If you cancel between 15 days and one week before departure, 50% is charged. If you cancel less than one week before departure, 100% is charged.
Weather/operator cancellation
If weather or sea conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, the operator may cancel or reschedule the departure. The crew/operator decides whether conditions are safe. The provider will try to move the charter to another suitable date. If this is not possible, the amount paid for the contracted service is refunded according to the provider policy.
Late arrival / no-show
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the contracted activity start time. If the group arrives late, the operator is not obliged to extend the charter time. If the customer does not show up on the day of departure, the cancellation/no-show policy applies.
