Payment

Customer cancellation
For customer cancellations, the standard policy may allow a full refund at least 7 days before the rental, a 50% refund between 3 and 6 days before, and a 20% refund with less than 3 days' notice. Final conditions are confirmed before payment.
Weather or operator cancellation
If weather, sea conditions or safety reasons prevent departure, the rental may be rescheduled. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, a refund is offered according to the provider policy confirmed at booking.
Late arrival / no-show
If the group arrives late, the provider is not obliged to extend the rental time. If the group does not show up for the confirmed date and time without prior cancellation, no refund is normally issued.
