Payment

Customer cancellation
If the customer cancels or does not show up, the cancellation charge is normally 10% of the booking amount more than one month before check-in, 20% between one month and 15 days, 50% between 15 days and one week, and 100% less than one week before check-in.
Weather or operator cancellation
If weather conditions are unfavourable and could endanger the boat or passengers, the provider may cancel or reschedule the departure. If another date cannot be arranged, the amount paid for the contracted service is refunded.
Late arrival / no-show
Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. Late arrival can reduce time on board, and no-show is treated under the customer cancellation conditions.
